Abstract

Autor vyjadřuje zklamání nad skutečností, že úroveň veřejné správy na úseku péče o životní prostředí se sice oproti 90. létům 20. století výrazně zlepšila co do legislativního pokrytí celé šíře problematiky a vybudování celé hierarchie státní správy, nikoliv však co do kvality a objektivity a také průchodnosti stanovisek environmentalistů ve veřejnosti a politických institucích.
